This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our processes for shipping, delivery timelines, and related information for orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Please enter your pin code at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location. 

 2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons, festive periods, or promotional sales, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days.

3. Delivery Timelines
- Mumbai and Maharashtra: 2-4 business days.
- Other Cities and Towns: 3-7 business days.
- Remote Areas and Northeast India: 5-10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or logistics partner delays. We will provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, or equivalent) to ensure safe and timely delivery. The choice of courier may vary based on your location and order requirements.

5. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500 across India.  
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link and courier details.

7. Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, including landmarks or specific instructions for the delivery person.
- OneOriginCoffee.com is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Failed Delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.
- Additional charges may apply for redelivery in case of repeated failed attempts.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@oneorigincoffee.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Lost Shipments: In the rare event of a lost shipment, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.


10. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch with a full refund. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
